Firms/Offices New to Yuma
The office application is to be completed by the Designated REALTOR® Broker of the company joining at the time of the broker's application for membership.
- New REALTOR® - Newly licensed and not (and never have been) active with any other REALTOR® association.
MLS ACCESS ~ You will have an opportunity to sign up for MLS access during the application process.
Please complete this application if you are a Broker/Designated REALTOR® or REALTOR® who has a primary membership with another REALTOR® Association and only wish to have access to the MLS. Please contact YAR for pricing information.
If your firm is not a member, then your broker/Designated REALTOR® will first need to complete an application.
- Returning Yuma REALTOR® - Were previously a member of the Yuma Association of REALTORS®
- Secondary Designated REALTOR® - A licensed broker or appraiser who is sole proprietor, partner, or corporate officer with primary membership with another association and would like to set up their office with Yuma Association of REALTORS®.
- Secondary REALTOR® - Appraisers, commercial or residential agents who DO HAVE primary membership in another Arizona REALTOR® Association, but would also like to join Yuma Association of REALTORS®
- Out of State Designated REALTOR® - Appraisers, commercial or residential agents who DO HAVE primary membership in a state other than an Arizona REALTOR® Association, but would also like to join Yuma Association of REALTORS®
- Out of State REALTOR® - Appraisers, commercial or residential agents who DO HAVE primary membership in a state other than an Arizona REALTOR® Association, but would also like to join Yuma Association of REALTORS®

Not a licensed real estate agent? We welcome our local business community to join the Yuma Association of REALTORS® in order to connect with our REALTOR® network.
We have two types of Affiliate Memberships: Our individual membership for individuals (smaller firms with only one individual participating) and our Company Membership for larger firms with multiple individuals. The individual membership is non transferrable, whereas company memberships (three per firm) are assignable and transferrable. Contact Angela at (928) 782-1628 for pricing and further details.
